Protection of Personal Data
Private CTG Oral and Dental Health Center attaches importance to processing and protecting personal data in accordance with law. Personal data may be processed for carrying out health services, planning appointment processes, communication activities and fulfilling legal obligations.
Your personal data is stored with technical and administrative measures under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and related legislation. Special categories of personal data, especially health data, are processed only when legal conditions exist and only to the extent necessary.
Except where processing and transfer are required for performance of a contract, explicit legal provisions, legal obligations, protection of public health, preventive medicine, medical diagnosis, treatment and care services, or planning and management of health services and financing, CTG Private Health Services Tourism Trade Ltd. requests your explicit consent for the matters described below.
Categories of personal data
Identity data: name, surname, Turkish identity number or passport/temporary identity number for non-citizens, place and date of birth, marital status, gender and similar identity information.
Contact data: address, telephone number, email address and similar communication information.
Financial data: bank account number, IBAN and similar payment information.
Health data: laboratory and imaging results, test results, examination data, prescription information and other data obtained during diagnosis, treatment and care services, as well as responses and comments shared to evaluate our services.
Digital and other data: camera images recorded during clinic visits, private health insurance data used for financing and planning services, medical documents, surveys, form information and location data shared with your consent.
Processing purposes
Personal data may be processed for protecting public health, preventive medicine, medical diagnosis, treatment and care services, sharing legally requested information with the Ministry of Health and other public institutions, fulfilling legal and regulatory requirements, confirming identity, planning institutional operations, improving health services, preventing unauthorized transactions, invoicing services, responding to questions and complaints, ensuring data security, informing patients about appointments and measuring patient satisfaction.
Transfer of personal data
Within the framework of applicable health and data-protection legislation, personal data may be shared with the Ministry of Health and its units, Social Security Institution, law enforcement authorities, population directorates, Turkish Pharmacists' Association, judicial authorities, authorized legal representatives, private insurance companies, consultants, hospitals to which a patient is referred, regulatory bodies, suppliers, support service providers, archive service providers and business partners when required for the purposes described above.
Collection method and legal reason
Personal data may be collected verbally, in writing, visually or electronically so that CTG can carry out its activities within the legal framework and fully perform contractual and legal obligations. Legal reasons include Law No. 6698, Law No. 3359 on Basic Health Services, relevant health regulations and other applicable legislation.
Your rights
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information if it has been processed, access your personal health data, learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly, learn third parties to whom data is transferred, request correction of incomplete or incorrect data, request deletion or destruction where legally applicable, request notification of these actions to third parties, object to results produced exclusively by automated systems and claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
